Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Sale items and custom pieces are non-returnable

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
